Q: Will I be charged for shipping?
A: No! All our products ship absolutely free!

Q: When will I receive my item?
A: Our processing time is 1 - 3 days. Most items have 5 - 12 day shipping times. For some items in high demand the shipping time may be longer, up to 15 days. International shipping times will vary.

Q: I already placed an order, where is my item?
A: Track Your Order

Q: Where is my tracking number?
A: You can find your tracking number in an email we sent you after your order was processed. Go to your email provider and search for "Vugio" in the search bar to find your tracking information.

Q: I made a mistake on my shipping address, how do I change it?
A: Send us an email immediately at hello@vugio.com and we will change it for you. Keep in mind there is nothing we can do if your order has already been shipped.

Q: Can I cancel my order?
A: Yes, if your order has not been shipped you can send us an email at hello@vugio.com and we will cancel the order for you. Most orders must be cancelled within 5 hours.

Q: Where is my discount?
A: Did your discount not apply during checkout? We have you covered. We use an automated system to apply discounts, but sometimes it slips through the cracks. Send us an email with your order ID and we'll process a refund equal to the discount for you manually.
